KBG are recruiting for Administrator - Cavan Office.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Entering data, maintaining databases and maintaining accurate client information on files.
• Maintain and organise management diaries in a fast moving environment.
• Produce invoices and statements using Sage.
• Work on Microsoft word to compose letters to clients, legal agreements and client declarations. • Provide support to a number of teams within the business.
• Reception support. Applicants should have:-
• Experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Capacity to work as part of a team is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
